What we arrange

Capacity matched to the lane

Each load goes to a qualified carrier that runs the lane, not the first truck available. On repeat freight we build a routing guide so the same carriers see your freight week after week.

Solo, team or dedicated

Solo drivers for standard transit, team drivers when a long lane has to keep moving while one driver rests, and dedicated capacity for weekly freight that needs the same equipment and the same appointment every time.

Cross-border handled before pickup

For loads entering the United States or Canada, the eManifest, customs broker and commercial invoice are confirmed before the truck is dispatched. Highway eManifest is due at least one hour before arrival, or 30 minutes for FAST carriers.

Tracking and proof of delivery

Every load is tracked from pickup to delivery, exceptions are raised as they happen, and signed proof of delivery is sent with the invoice.

Quoted on the real lane

Rates reflect the lane, the direction, the season and the appointment windows, not a national average, so the quote is a rate someone can commit to.

Choosing the right mode

Full truckload is the right call when the freight fills most of a trailer or cannot afford extra handling. If it does not, another mode is usually cheaper.

Under about 6 pallets

Standard LTL shares the trailer and the cost with other shippers.

Less than Truckload (LTL)

Long lanes with flexible delivery

Rail intermodal often costs less on long hauls, for about a day more in transit.

Intermodal

Temperature-sensitive product

Fresh, frozen and freeze-sensitive freight belongs in a reefer, not a dry van.

Refrigerated & Heated

A hard deadline

Team and dedicated expedited service runs without stopping for rest periods.

Coverage and lanes

Dry van moves on all four lane types, and most of our cross-border truckload runs between Ontario or Quebec and the U.S. Midwest, Northeast and Southeast.

Canada domestic

Within Ontario, Ontario–Quebec, and east–west across Canada to the Prairies, British Columbia and the Atlantic provinces.

U.S. domestic

Between U.S. markets, from the Northeast and Midwest to the Southeast, Texas and the West Coast.

Canada–U.S. cross-border

Northbound and southbound through the main crossings, including Windsor–Detroit, Sarnia–Port Huron, Fort Erie–Buffalo and Lacolle–Champlain.

Mexico cross-border

Freight to and from Mexico, coordinated through U.S.–Mexico gateways such as Laredo.

Examples of lanes we arrange

  • Greater Toronto Area to and from Chicago, Detroit and Columbus
  • Ontario to Montreal and Quebec City, both directions
  • Ontario to Atlanta and the U.S. Southeast
  • Southern Ontario to Calgary and Vancouver
  • Ontario to Texas, with Mexico freight through Laredo

Examples only. We arrange lanes across Canada, the United States and Mexico.

How it works

  1. Send the load details. Lane, commodity, weight, pallet count and the pickup and delivery windows.
  2. Get a rate. We price the lane and confirm equipment, transit and any border requirements.
  3. Tender and dispatch. A qualified carrier is assigned and the pickup appointment confirmed.
  4. Tracked to delivery. Milestone updates through pickup, the border and delivery, with exceptions flagged early.
  5. Proof of delivery. Signed POD and invoice sent together.

What to send for a quote

  • Origin and destination postal or ZIP codes
  • Commodity, total weight and pallet count
  • Pickup and delivery dates or appointment windows
  • Whether the load crosses a border, and who the customs broker is
  • Any special handling: no-touch, load locks, drop trailer, liftgate at a non-dock site

Frequently asked questions

How many pallets fit in a 53-foot dry van?

About 26 standard 48 × 40 inch pallets single-stacked, two across and thirteen deep. Weight usually limits the load before space does: most U.S. lanes top out around 42,000 to 45,000 pounds of cargo.

What is the difference between solo and team truckload?

A solo driver covers roughly 650 miles a day under hours-of-service rules. A team keeps the truck moving while one driver rests, covering about 1,200 to 1,300 miles a day, which cuts transit on long lanes.

Do you move truckload freight across the Canada–U.S. border?

Yes, in both directions. We confirm the customs broker, commercial invoice and eManifest before dispatch so the truck is not held at the border.

Do you handle Mexico truckload freight?

Yes. Freight to and from Mexico is coordinated through U.S.–Mexico gateways such as Laredo, with the border handoff and paperwork planned before pickup.

Can you set up dedicated capacity for weekly freight?

Yes. For repeat lanes we arrange dedicated or committed capacity so the same carriers and equipment handle the freight each week.

How fast do I get a truckload quote?

Within 12 hours, and usually the same business day. A quote is faster when it includes the lane, commodity, weight, pallet count and dates.
